Hi everyone,
I am so excited to start this blog and share some great recipes with you.
Basically this blog is like an online cook book.  All the recipes from the
smoothies, drinks and goodies that I make will be on this website.

I got inspired to do this blog because I am always making and finding great recipes but cannot keep track of them.  So, I figured why not have them on line where they are organized as well as people able to use them.  I hope you guys enjoy it and get some great recipes out of this.
